In honor of the 20th anniversary of the release of HANSEL's debut "Respond Violence" comes "RESPOND SILENCE" (DTRASH235) A 15 track collection of instrumental mixdowns of some of the best songs from "Respond Violence" and "Lorentzian Lineshaper". Aside from one song (TAGR Nth Mix) no vocals appear on this album! On its own, Respond Silence is a banger album, with some amazing slow/fast glitchy beats, the same moody samples and wild transitions. These Instrumental mixes have a whole character of their own, and some of the musical elements were masked by the busyness of the vocals on the original versions. This is an album intended for fans to re-enjoy these old songs in a new way, and for non fans to possibly enjoy these old songs for the first time.
