about

Masters of disasters, the BUREAU DE CHANGE write the next page in the legacy of DTRASH. Comprised of Fidel Villeneuve (ex-DHR Records) and Brian Hiroshima, together they wield the power to delight and annoy with these 11 tracks of irreverant & obese electro-pop. Distorted beats, set to loony cartoony samples & stunted vocals will work as a substitute, when there's no more nitrous oxide left to huff!

released August 1, 2002

The Bureau De Change are Brian Hiroshima and Fidel Villeneuve. Fidel made all the songs and wrote all the words, except for the words to Juvenile which Brian did. Most of the songs were recorded at 304 Holloway Road. Brian does not wish to thank anybody. Fidel would like to thank Tessa Fung + the natural world. *Minimum Boost
